  If you're having problems catching the orb in the figure 8 (green bay north), try this:
  
  1. Use the Supercar (NOT the SUV).
  2. Make sure you're driving such that you're driving up the hill, when going under the overpass.
  3. Try to cut off the orb on the northern-most part of the loop.

  To make this a little easier and a little less frustrating, go for these orbs at night. Going for them during the day will mean civilians everywhere and most of them road kill, wont be long before the Agency is shooting your ass.
