    Really easy. Just complete the level. There are 3 carnival games you have to play and win. Afterwards, talk to Lotso again to complete the level. Here is a video walkthrough for this level.

    The Ol n Demake sure you complete all 3 games in one session.

    do not return to the board in between.

    you do not need to do perfect run on the alley throw to unlock.
