Play chapter 4, Laying Low, on the Easy difficulty. You'll start off eating in a restaurant with a red design theme. It's composed of two sections. You start in the first one. Black suited SWAT-like enemies will start to approach you near the end of the introductory cut scene.
There are various walls with big circular holes made from red planks. These are good for temporary cover, but easily break. Take cover and shoot all of them. The desks are a different form of stronger cover.
Once you are overlooking the second part of the restaurant, stay back and take your time, shooting each enemy when they come up out of cover with Kane's help. At the end right when you're about to exit the restaurant, a couple enemies will break open a door and surprise you. If they kill you, you have to exit and restart the chapter, so be careful here. Once you get out onto the streets you'll get the achievement.
