How to unlock the Catch! achievement

    Actions
    Load up Chapter 2, "The Details" on easy mode. As soon as the level starts, run to the right and grab the guy on the front side of the van. Try to use cars as cover, and walk up close to another enemy and hit X to throw him. I had to be pretty close for it to work.

    You can also get the other human shield achievements at this part of the level too(Chinese Waltz, and Dance Off).

    Very easy to do. In one of the first levels get close to an enemy press B to grab him then walk up to another enemy and press X to throw him at the guy.
