    For those of you who hate video guides, load up the first chapter single player on easy. you will come to A market, you can kill 5 enemies here in less then ten seconds. Just pump shots Into them and don't be afraid to run to them, its on easy after all. If you don't get it here advance to the area where you hop a wall and cars pull up with enemies. Even easier to get it there. Good luck.

    AND I DONT KNOW WHAT this other guy is talking about with regaurds to 90% health, thats not a requirement.

    Found this video on cheatcc.com. Not that hard at all. Just load the 3rd level blood sweat & tears and watch the video. Credit for video goes to K2IProductions. Any trouble leave a comment. I got it first try after watching this video.

    But still faster to get to than in the first level.

    The best chapter to achieve this is the very first chapter.

    So load up chapter 1, set the difficulty to easy. Start chasing Brady and once you pass the mini-mall you'll be outside in a fish market where two cars will pull up and about 8 guys will get out. However they all go to cover. So run up on the side of them and unload on them with your pistol.

    If you do not get the achievement in chapter 1, worry not because chapter 2 is even easier. Most of the bad guys are out in the open and it's very easy to just walk up and start shooting them.

    ALso note, you have to complete chapter 1 in order to keep your pistol in chapter 2. If you load chapter 2 by itself the game starts you out with a shotgun...
