Very easy achievement, might be the first one you get. All you have to do is complete any level on any difficulty. If you want it quick just set the difficulty to 'I'm Too Young To Die!' and rush through the first level of the "Hell On Earth" campaign. It shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds.
