  Due to overwhelming public demand I would like to declare this MISSABLE!! (although I don't know how you can read this, know what to do and then blame this guide...)
  
  Towards the end of the game when you are going to find Joker you will go to the visitors part of the penetentiary (where the joker face has been building up over the game) opposite the medical centre. You will see a load of thugs in party hats that do not attack you. You just need to start a fight and take them all down. Its easy enough as they are in a tight space and funnelled towards you. Once they are all down the achievement will pop. If you are adept at fighting now would be a good opportunity to get the achievement for getting a combo of 40, but its also easy in the challenge maps.

  Ugh...this is sad news. I thought maybe it would be to turn off the fireworks :( Going to do the challenges and may consider this if I get everything else...

  Right after you fight Poison Ivy you go confront the Joker. You'll go into a hallway with a bunch of thugs on either side wearing party hats and cheering for you. All you need to do is start a fight and defeat them all. Careful because this achievement is missable and if you go past them without fighting them then you'll have to play the entire game all over again.
  
  The fight can be pretty tough, especially on Hard, because the room is extremely small and narrow. If you put explosive gel around the room before you start the fight you can knock everyone down with the explosions. This should give you enough time to take out three or four thugs with ground takedowns before everyone recovers and starts to attack you. I also noticed that the explosions cause some of the thugs to glitch and keep cheering even though you're beating up all their friends.

  Using explosive gel doesn't work if you already have the proximity gel upgrade, the first gel you put down will instanly go off and start the fighting.
