How to unlock the Rope-A-Dope-A-Dope achievement

    Before you can get this achievement, you need to obtain the vertical takedown ability, which is found in your upgrades menu.

    After you do that, you need to find an area with guards and gargoyles hanging overhead. Get on top of a gargoyle and wait for a thug to walk under it, and you will see a button prompt to press Y to do a vertical takedown. This will string up the thug so he is hanging upside down. Now you need to go and swing across to another gargoyle, or at least to a spot where you can't be seen but can still easily see where you just were. When another thug comes by to see the first one hanging upside down, throw a batarang at the rope hanging the first one to drop him on the second thug. Doing this will get you the achievement.

    Dread ReaverI can also confirm that this is obtainable in challenge mode so long as you have the inverted takedown skill. I got it by playing the "Silent Knight" challenge. This helps if you've already beaten the main game.

    You will firstly need to have purchased the 'Inverted Takedown' move from the Waynetech upgrade menu (accessed via the cn_back button)

    Throughout the story there will be many areas with Gargoyles in them, once in one of these rooms grapple onto one of the Gargoyles that hangs of a walkway/reachable area. Now wait for one of Jokers henchman to walk beneath the Gargoyle, while aiming down press cn_Y to perform the move.

    Once the henchman is hanging grapple to the next nearest Gargoyle and select the Batarang (cn_up on the d-pad).
    Now wait for more henchman to come over and inspect what has happened, when one or more henchman are directly below the hanging one hold cn_LT near the rope and Batman will automatically target the rope and press cn_RT to throw a Batrang, the henchman will fall and Achievement unlocked.
