As the details say, the concept is simple: complete every skill challenge in the Skill Challenge mode.
There are 48 challenges to complete, spread across 16 pro golfers, each with three challenges. Each golfer represents a different stat (Power, Accuracy, Control, and Putting), while Tiger appears four times, each time representing one of the four stats. Most of the golfers will be locked at first, and you'll need to play the earlier golfers to unlock later challenges.
There are various ways to approach Skills Challenge mode. I personally went straight into this mode before anything else, as you get a lot of experience from even a single three hole challenge, often times much more than you might get from an 18 hole PGA Tour event. By the time I had completed the mode, my golfer was nearly if not fully maxed on his stats, leading to easy wins going into PGA Tour mode. A good thing to do is play to unlock Tiger's putting challenges early, as those earn upwards of 2000XP.
One tip, at least starting out, is to avoid challenges that ask to play a full front/back 9, or a full 18 holes, as they tend to take longer and if you screw up near the end, you'll be left to play all 9/18 holes all over again. Save these for later when you've improved your golfer and your general skill at the game. Begin with challenges that ask you to match the golfer at a few holes, such as Boo Weekly's #2 challenge.
Stroke play challenges also tend to take longer, since you have to watch the featured golfer play in-between your shots.
Notable challenges to watch out for (based on my experience):
-Jim Furyk #3 (Accuracy)
Requires you to play a full 18 and hit 17 out of 18 GIRs. Very frustrating if you miss more than one GIR as you have to restart completely.
-Tiger Woods #3 (Accuracy)
This is a quick challenge, but you'll likely have to repeat it many times as it requires to to mirror Tiger's hole-in-one at TPC Scotsdale. Much of this comes down to trial-and-error and mildly adjusting your shots as you go.
-Tiger Woods #2 (Putting)
This requires you to play a full 18 holes and make 21 putts or less during the whole thing, meaning you'll need to make most holes in one putt while also beating his score. Be sure to save your Focus for putting here if putting is your weak spot.
-Challenges with FIR and GIR requirements
There is nothing more frustrating than completely stomping a golfer's score only to fail the challenge because you missed a single FIR. Play these challenges more conservatively to stay on the fairway, and don't be afraid to sacrifice a birdie and taking longer to reach the green if it means staying on the fairway.
Ultimately, this is an achievement that will come with time more than anything, but there are some challenges you'll need to work for, even if your golfer is completely maxed out on stats.
Once you've completed the last challenge, the achievement will unlock after it reads you've won the challenge. A video of Scott Van Pelt congratulating you will also play when you've gotten back to the Skills Challenge menu.
