On the last level of the Realm of the Stoners, you'll play as the Stone Chief. The level is called "Crack Up." If you press cn_B while you're close to a Booli, you will freeze them in place. Walk up to them and press cn_X a couple times to kill them. Once you kill the first, the achievement will unlock!
