To get this achievement you must find all 15 costume colors. There are 5 characters and each character has 3 collectable costume colors. All costume colors are dropped by a specific enemy on a level. The enemy is always the floating type that can turn invisible.

Tramont: At the first altar head left into the alcove.
Colunei Canyon: During the timed event head into the bottom floor of the ruins and head right then right again and go across the bridge. You must complete the Colunei Canyon level with Zazi first to lower the bridge.
Interior of Orphea Castle: After the section where you must break the falling statues while running from the darkness, head left and go up the stairs for an event to defeat three wizards. After defeating the wizards continue down the dead end hallway.

Orphea Castle Dungeon: It is in an alcove behind a locked door. I don't remember which one. Just open them all.
Holy Mountain: Inside the first tunnel head right and go outside and across the bridge. The enemy is hidden away inside the tunnel at the back. You must have played this level with Zazi first and lowered the bridge.
Twilight Wastelands: After the illusion trap head northeast. You must have played this level with Galen and broken the wall first

Tramont: Head north from the first alter along the path Galen and Maggni take on this level. You will encounter a dead end with a trap. Defeat all the enemies and the enemy with the costume color will be at the very end of the dead end.
Verdei Keep Defense: From the northeast altar jump down and head south to a set of stairs leading down. Use Zazi's unique character action to hit the switch in the distance to open the gate. Once inside open a chest to trigger an ambush and defeat all the enemies. One of them will drop the costume color. You must have played this level with Galen and broken the barricade blocking the stairwell.
Orphea Castle Interior: After the large room where you must destroy all the summoning towers to continue, you will come to a circular room with a path leading north and a closed door to the south. Head north and look for a switch up high and activate it with Zazi's unique character action then head back south and through the now open door.

Fort Seratem: Head to the large door protected by the altars and go to the right of it into the section with the alternating platforms. You must have played this level with Galen and broken the wall near the door protected by the altars.
Fort Seratem Defense: Head to the northeast altar then make your way south then drop all the way down to the bottom floor for a trap event.
Orphea Castle Interior: At the very end of the level after destroying the four summoning towers but before finishing the level, head up the stairs and through the broken door but imediately turn right and go down the stairs. Be careful not to get too close to the level exit.

Forest of The Lost: Around the middle of the level behind a stone block.
Crystal Cave: Eastern side of the level. You need to push a block to get on a ledge then move another block to get through a tunnel and behind the enemy. You have played this level with Galen and broken the wall to access the room with the block.
Colunei Canyon: Located somewhere in the ruins area I think.
