  Mission Completed
  
  Cleared the game with all characters (Arcade, Xbox Novice, Xbox 360 modes only).
  
  You have to clear the game with all 3 characters (Asagi, Ageha, Tateha). Continues are allowed so this is an easy one.
  
  Mixed clear (like clearing Xbox Novice with Asagi and Xbox 360 with Ageha and Tateha) is not allowed, so you have to clear a same mode with all 3 characters.

  Modes able to unlock this (confirmed): Xbox Novice
  Modes able to unlock this (supposed): Arcade, Xbox 360
  Modes unable to unlock this (supposed): all other modes
  * Changing setting in OPTION -> Game Config disables all achievements.
  * Using Restart from pause menu disables all achievements in that play.

  Mixing modes isn't allowed, all 3 clears must be under the same game mode it seems.
