This can only be done at one place in the game, at the end of chapter 8.

You will end up in a room with aliens in tubes and multiple turrets.

What you want do is leave the turrets alone, hit the button and run down into the middle of the room. Once you're surrounded by enemies, activate your rage skill by pressing LB+Y and slash them away!

The achievement will pop up once the rage spell has ended.
