How to unlock the 2 and 5 achievement

  This achievement is easier and faster than it looks. Just get a friend to help you. Select 'Multiplayer' from the game's main menu, and then create a session on 'Custom Grand Prix' with the following informations:
  
  - Race Settings:
  
  Session Scoring: Championship
  Participation: Race Only
  Race Distance: 1 Lap
  Starting Grid: Results Order
  Car Assignment: Players Choice
  Weather Setting: Clear
  Track Selection: Montreal (complete all the 19 slots with this track)
  
  - Simulation Settings:
  
  Rules and flags: Off (very important, if you don't disallow this option, the first place will be very hard)
  Tyre Wear: Off
  Fuel Load Simulation: Off
  Car Damage: Off
  Car Performance: 2010
  Collisions: Off
  
  - Assist Restrictions:
  
  (your choice in all the options)
  
  - Session Settings:
  
  Max Players: 12
  Privacy: Public
  Minimum Online Rank and Minimum Online Rank: (your choice, my tip is to select the minimum and maximum based on your level and the level of the friend who will help you)
  
  After doing it, fill all the slots (not counting your friend's) with the AI on Legend difficulty. Each win will give 1500XP or more. So, for each championship you will earn about 30.000XP.
  
  Using this method, you should get the achievement after 2 hours and also this achievement after few races:

  Some tips for help:
  
  - Cut all the chicanes, especially the first one to save enough time.
  - If you are having trouble in winning the races, look for good setups on the internet, such this site: http://www.racedepartment.com/f1-2010-setups/
  - Before starting this boost, practice in 'Time Trial' mode to record the layout of the track.

  this is a very good solution but you should use the brazilian track instead as average lap times (if a good lap was performed) is around 1 minute 11 seconds

  But Montreal is almost the same thing. You can perform a lap in under 1:10.

  You have to get 70,000 xp and achievement will unlock. You will get about 1,000 xp by winning a race in online. This took about 10 hours of online racing for me.

  The fastest way I know now, is to go with 2 or 3 friends and put the rest of the slots AI on legend.
  I did once all 19 races with 3 laps and 10 races with 3 laps. Both times I got like 28.000 xp. Most times I got first place but not all races.
  So just you and a friend, and the other 10 available slots you put (computer bots) AI legend.
  We put collisions off so we dont have problems with computer bots. I dont know if wheather influence the xp. We did dynamic, but with heavy rain its hard with legend AI. So put wheather on clear.

  You get way more than 1000xp for a win its more like 3000-5000 depending on how many people in the game.
