The best way to do this takes no skill at all. Simply pick a team of you liking and edit the whole starting line up's height to 7"6 and there blocking skill too 99. Then pick another team and set there starting line up's height to 5"3. Start a game with you controlling the team you edited to 7"6 and face up against the team you edited to 5"3 and start the game. Once the game has started pause the game and set substitutions too manual as well with time outs then lastly turn coach mode on. Once you un pause the game you will be watching your team like you are the coach. Once your players get 10 blocks your achievement will unlock on spot. Hope this helps.
