This will come with time playing the game! You need to clear 1000 flowers of any color over all games (Does not have to be in a single game). In one play thru I was getting between 250-400 in a game without really trying much.
Cascades will help getting this quicker when you remove multiple colors of flowers in a single placement.

But keep playing and you eventually get this
