This was "our" approach
Two Player Game Vs Professional.
Positioned only an arms length apart so that the centre was covered,
we both went for anything in the middle, making the middle 'safe'...ish.
ALL return hits were back-hands,
the Left player using their left hand,
right player their right hand.
With your centre 'sorted' then, those outside shots you have to return are best done with :
an elbow high...arm parallel with the floor, forearm hanging down, quick back handed flick.
The human body moves quicker with outward movements than inward...part of our instinctive defence mechanism to throw an arm in the way of a strike, etc
...this stance will make the best of your evolution.
It's worth practicing this zombie / robot / gibbon type stance it really will help you return the shots.
Against Professional it's a matter of maintaining the rally until they mess up.
There really isn't "a way" or a "glitch or cheat, etc".
What worked for us was this Centre's Covered, Get the Outer Ones stance, described above and 3 to 4 days of tenacity.
