Quest Flow Chart
1. Leave Doc Mitchell’s Cabin, (optional) speak with Victor in Goodsprings about your rescue.
2. Go to Primm (on your map that is South East of good springs heading down interstate 15)
3. Option; Kill or rescue deputy Beagle from Bison Steve Casino.
4. Travel to Novac, (that is due East of Primm)
5. Options; Convince Manny Vargas to give you information regarding Boulder city, OR Help Manny Vargas with Ghouls (starts quest: come fly with me begins.), OR Enter Manny Vagas’ room and use the terminal.
6. Travel to Boulder City (due North heading to New Vega)s and speak with Lt. Monroe
7. Tell Monroe you will help with the Grant Khans side quest (Boulder City Showdown)
8. After you complete that question, speak with Jessup about Benny Main
9. That will start quest Ring-A-Ding ding!
Overall this is a long quest and took me around 2 hours in time to do this.
After you Leave Goodsprings go to Primm and enter the old run down casino of Vikki and Vance casino. The first thing you will encounter once you get to Primm is the NCR dealing with a prison break. Afterward you will fight your way over to Vikki and Vance casino, once you get there talk to Johnson Nash. He will tell you about Deputy Beagle and how he is held up in the Bison Steve casino, at that point go in there guns blazing (or stealth) and save or kill Deputy Beagle. If you save him you’ll find him back at Vikki and Vance casino. He will start another question if you choose to do so to find a sheriff of Primm.
On your way to Novac you will run into a town called Nipton, if you’re looking at getting this mission done fast skip Nipton. If you’re in no rush enter nipton for some fun side quest and dialog.
Once you hit Novac talk to Manny Vargas he is in one or two spots in the game, the first being down stairs in the Novac motel near Dinky’s gift shop where you see one of two dinosaurs, or he might be at the adjacent dinosaur at the other side of the town protecting the town with a sniper rifle.
3 things you can do here after talking with him.
First option, head over to REPCONN and rid the test site of the ghouls (starts quest: come fly with me, which gives you an achievements for completing)
Second option, Travel to Novac hotel and activate the terminal in the far corner and read the entry marked “message: Khan Hospitality” Easiest method.
Third option, again pretty easy if you have sneak high enough and pickpocket Manny for his Holotape
After you deal with Manny you will head to Boulder City
Once you get there you will see Lt. Monroe standing outside of the gate going into Boulder City, he ask for your help to rescue a few soldiers of his.
You can do this it seems one of two ways
1. Negotiate a deal this allows you to enter the ruins without Khans becoming aggressive towards you.
2. Sneak in there which enables you to enter the ruins with the Khans weapons drawn. My advice do this at night with a stealth boy and you will save his solders
After you complete this you should get the achievement!
