*Minimal Spoilers*

You will get this achievement in Chapter 8 - Michael after completing the very last shooting sequence in the game. In this shooting sequence you'll have to perform a button press sequence in order to defeat Joseph and get the achievement. This is also the prelude to the final decision-making and the end of the game. You can't miss it!!!
