Here's is the list of easiest mini-games sorted by chapter.
Tips:
- You can start/restore after you complete the puzzle, if you do not beat the times (unless noted).
- You can always pause the game while using a puzzle to figure it out without wasting time.
- You can check your best times in the 'back' button menu.
- Since the times don't display; you can always pull up a
stopwatch online.
Chapter 1 (Campbell):

Dial Puzzle: Literally the second thing you do in the game. All you have to do is turn the dials to make
this image.

Lock Pick: After you break and squeeze through the wall, and after the little alley scene you will have to lock pick a door to progress. In order to beat the time, just don't hit the button to slow the speed down and keep re-trying until you get it (the nails don't break). The nail to pick it should be in the medicine cabinet in the same room as the door.

Polarized Circuit: Right after you defeat the first Rammer, you'll come to a hallway with three doors. The Billy Puppert is behind one door, the coupler you need is behind another, and there's a save point in the third room. This puzzle is needed to progress. Recomend saving before and re-trying if you do not beat the time. For this puzzle just connect the two colored cicuits.
Chapter 3 (Henry):

Jigsaw Box: You'll come to a hallway with the four doors after jumping the falling floor. This puzzle is behind the 5430 door, laying on a bed. BEWARE this one aut-saves after completing it. For this one just pause it and go
here for all five possible solutions.

Weapon Case: You get the pick in the same room as the Jigsaw Box, but this puzzle is in the 8120 room. Simply don't slow it down until you complete it just like the Lock Pick puzzle.

Point To Point: After seeing Jigsaw, in the Hotel lobby behind the open door that will seal you in. There's a save point in the lobby, use it. This puzzle it's a lot like the Polarized Circuit one but with more colors.
Chapter 4 (Sarah):

Lights Out: It's a little bit into the level; in the room with two floor puzzles. There's two chances on each side of the room. If you're completley clueless about this puzzle, you can watch a video of a harder version of it
help (the puzzle is random, and different everytime).
Chapter 7 (Soloman):

Kaleidoscope: There is one at the Very end of the chapter five and you'll have four chances to do it. If you don't want to run through and entire level, then there is one right at the beggining of chapter 7 after you move the crates. You can watch a video for it
