As the achievement states, you get this by killing the first boss Amelatu. A simple boss fight...

1. Wait for Amelatu's shield to drop
2. Use your earthquake to knock him over
3. Shoot him while he's down, and a few guys will come to assist him
4. He'll get up, and his shield will return

Rinse/Repeat a few times until he is dead.
