  Done at the beginning of Cato Neimoidia The Eastern Arch. First kill all the stormtroopers. Once the AT-MP comes out, hide behind Vader's TIE. If you don't you will get hit and drop the TIE and it will be destroied. if that happens just jump off the edge to restart. Now once you are behind Vader's TIE, Grip it and slowly move it foward to the AT-MP to watch it for incoming missiles. Just throw it at the AT-MP and BOOM! Achievement!

  Tried several times but the missles either hit me or the crashed TIE, so I got behind a structure on the edge of the platform got the grip on the TIE and trew it to the AT-MP, and boom beatch

  I tried the above solution but it is not easy to follow when so many uncertainties are not addressed officially; you should definitely rewrite to clarify that you must: 1) CLEAR the platform without hurting the TIE 2) Deflect back two missiles first (as that has not been definitively stated as a certainty above) 3) Let your powers crush it so that you can take your time, it doesn't affect anything (as that has not been clearly stated above and most ppl like myself will have lvl 3 power which crushes it no matter what before you can even move it freely). I personally HAD to stand on the back right behind the broken flagpole so that the other broken flagpole lined up between myself and the AT-MP. After that, I had FOREVER to line up the throw and make it easier than all the hesitation expressed above lol.
  
  If these are not clarified then your solution confuses more than it helps in my opinion. Especially with everyone jumping in in the comments, without any edits reflected in the original posts. Not trying to sound like a jerk, your solution is just hard for me to follow since I am a man of certainties and want definitive guides when trying to pursue an achievement!

  I had some problems getting this one because I went back to get it after I completed the Game. When I would try it, my Force Grip would Crush the Tie fighter and it would explode. I was worried my force grip was to strong and I would have to start a new game with lower force powers. What I did was killed the guards and destroyed the Flag Poles. When the AT-MP comes out I deflected the first two Missiles back and then I had to STAND UNDER the tie fighter while facing the AT-MP. I Force Gripped it and moved it over to the AT-MP, gave it a sling and up popped the Achievement.

  The location to do this is found at the beginning of Cato Neimoidia The Eastern Arch.
  Vader's Advanced Tie Fighter will be behind you when you start.
  
  The way i did this was i destroyed the 2 poles either side of the AT-MP on the side the AT-MP appears with the rockets by force gripping them.
  I deflected 2 rockets at the AT-MP then it was much easier to get the achievement because the poles can't get in the way when you throw the Tie Fighter.
  When throwing the Tie Fighter i hid behind the poles on my side to break line of sight/fire, as if you are hit you will drop the Tie Fighter.
  
  If you don't get the achievement (drop or miss) you can reload checkpoint or jump off the platform.
  
  I did it at least 12 times and the Tie Fighter hit those damn poles but still killed the AT-MP and no achievement.
  Just to let you know incase yours is doing the same mine was : )
