Couple things to note about the invasion multiball. The longer you take once the mode starts, the more balls come out (up to 3). In order to get this achievement you have to "save" all the balls on the table before the invasion timer ends, so the best way to do this to save the first ball as quickly as possible. If you don't do this, you will need to save 2 or 3 balls depending on how long you wait.

To save a ball you need to shoot it into the flashing airplane hole in the top left of the table above the upper left flipper. You might think it easiest to save a ball by hitting it off of the upper left flipper, but I found this way more difficult. Instead I practiced shooting the airplane hole from the lower right flipper. It is a longer shot, and has a small margin of error, but after 5-10 minutes practicing this shot I could hit it pretty consistently.

Once the mode is activated, if you can sink the first ball into the airplane hole before any additional balls come out, you will unlock this achievement.

P.S. In order to start invasion multiball mode, DO NOT hit the captive ball on the lower left of the table. Hitting that captive ball will reset the invasion timer that starts counting down at the start of each ball launch and will prevent you from starting invasion mode.
