You can do this with the second stunt track. Make sure you fill up your boost so far that your car starts to burn. Drive strait to one of the sides and just before you start to fly you need to fire up your boost. Perform no tricks, just go straight up.

I got this achivement when I went further then the highest medal in this track. It popups when u did so. Good luck!
