This achievement will require you to complete the fitness test. In order to do this you need to start a new fitness program. Then you will need to select personalized program then continue to the fitness test.

Before doing this fitness test you have to complete all six sections which will take a total of 30+ minutes depending how the game plays out. When I did this it took me 33 minutes.

During the test, you are given a break between sections you have to select to continue foe each difficulty. In my opinion I found the first 4 sections a breeze but the last two took a toll on me. DO NOT be afraid to take breaks by pressing the XBOX button if you need a little bit longer, this will not affect the achievement.

EDIT: as someone commented but I feel that this goes without saying, if you are in horrible shape, you PROBABLY won't get this achievement on the first try. But you can always go back to try again.

Section 1 - Warm Up

Section 2 - Light Station

* Wood Chops (L)

Section 3 - Moderate Station

* Hip Lifts

Section 4 - Challenging Station

* Floating Lunge With Trunk Twists (L)

Section 5 - Hard Station

* Jump Rope With High Knees

Section 6 - Intense Station (When doing this MAKE SURE to stay at the same pace as the trainer)
