*These 1G achievements sound confusing but intact are rather easy to pull off, depending on your fitness levels*
For this achievement and the other 1G consecutive set achievements, you need to get 5 bars full before the clock ends the routine. You will then need to do this method again another 4 times on the same exercise. If you mess up and accidentally get 4 or below bars full, then you all unfortunately have to redo the 5 sets again on the same routine.
You can take a break before you click on the routine again encase you are sore.
