This achievement is a complete bitch to earn!!! I have tested this and done many experiments for this and I finally managed to unlock it!!
To earn it you must complete all challenges at the Intense difficulty level. Now it sounds like you could take your time with this right? Well there is a catch...

*You cannot turn off the game until they are all done, or it will reset the progress. (Even if you turn it back on later on the same day)
*You must do them all whilst you are still doing a fitness program.
*They can only be earned through "Additional Exercise". Playing a challenge then weigh-in doesn't count even if you do win!!

I highly advise these specific muscle focuses down below for each challenge purely for the fact that these are readable for Kinect, and you will have a good chance of winning. You will feel the burn but on screen you go at a very decent speed as if you were doing it on the Light difficulty setting. These were also the easiest of choices especially for me with good leg tone.

Slipstream (EASY)
Legs: Tire Jumps / Tire Drills

Slipstream can be glitchy at times and say you're not coming 1st. After a while though the game corrects the position you're in. Use "Legs" Muscle Focus for this to read you well enough to win.
Boom Or Bust (TAXING)
Full Body: Sumo Squat Jacks / Fast Speed Bag (L)

"Full Body" is the way to go on this. Sumo Squat Jacks I warn are a strain after a while. Take a sit down and a drink after 1 round or chances are you will give up halfway resorting to pausing in between. Take it slow and use the breaks when you get the chance.
Light Cycles (VERY EASY)
Legs: Tire Drills / Tire Jumps

Go for the "Legs" on this one. This is the most readable of exercises and ensures you of a quick victory. I'd say though that this is not difficult at all!
Sprint and Slide (VERY TAXING)
Butt: Chair Pose / Tire Drills

This is the longest running one as you must play through 3 minutes per round. Warning!! This will kill you!! Remember to use the dashboard button on the controller to take breaks! You will need them! Go for "Butt" Muscle Focus for this as again, the other actions just won't be read well enough for you to win...
Punching Clock (MOST ANNOYING)
Arms and Chest: Uppercuts Combo (L) / Fast Speed Bag (L)

I advise "Arms and Chest" for this. The Kinect will read you if you perform the punches in the correct order and with the correct hands. Other Muscle Focus options just aren't readable nor will you have any chance of winning on this.

Once you have won your final challenge along with the others on the same day, your achievement will unlock when on the loading screen. Oddly enough though this achievement will not increase your Fitness Score unlike the other achievements.
Have faith veterans who were duked by this achievement! This is so worth the work!!!

*Do not do floor exercises! Kinect will hardly or commonly never read your moves, and you'll be facing an inevitable loss!
*If you are on Xbox Live, make sure this is done on the same day. If it goes past midnight for the next day, progress will be lost.
*Do not I repeat do NOT let the sun in through your windows! The Kinect goes apeshit when you exercise otherwise!
