The achievement should have been more specific. You must actually win a challenge that is part of a weekly workout plan. If you try winning one of the freeplay challenges, you will not get the achievement when you win the challenge.

The challenge comes close to the weigh-in day and is a physical mini-game. I found it relatively easy to win the Running against the wind challenge without having to worry about losing, but the game may try to get you to do a different challenge.

As Darth Trom points out you do NOT get this unless it is part of your fitness programme. Roughly about the end of a week you get a Challenge and the weekly weigh in. I missed this on two challenges solely because the sensor was not picking up my movements or position - I was doing what I assumed was needed but my figure stayed red, meaning the effort was not worth it.

So it is worth practising the challenges. The Cannon Push one entails squats, but to succeed you MUST match the trainer speed and movements exactly. At the top you turn to the left and do Speed Bag Punches to load the cannon. Being a bit older than most of the gamers on here I managed to win the first round but the old knees had gone by the time the second round came up, so when you get through, take a rest break (unlike me!) and you should do it.

Another Challenge involves riding a bike to light bulbs on a track and that one is much easier.

The one I got today was a slide and climb challenge. Your character is supposed to water slide down a slope then you run back up, slide down, run back up and the furthest in the time limit wins the round. Then you get another round against four and then the top two compete.

To slide you do a Dolphin Plank which is side on and is a bit like press ups without moving so fairly easy. The run up the hill is a jog and you MUST move your arms and knees to keep in the green and get the best results.

So to get this achievement you start in a group of eight and you have to be in the top four, and the next round is a group of four and you must be in the top two. Finally the last round is against the other 'top' computer player. Remember this to help pace yourself - you can finish third in the first round, second in the second round, just win the last one!

As said, practice the challenges more so you are not 'surprised' as although it allows you a small amount of time at the start to adapt to the exercise needed, you can often get dropped with a second one that you have not prepared for.
