Side: SCPD
Area: Top Middle Section
Event Category Name: FOX LAIR PASS
Event: UNDER PRESSURE

The area you need is in the top center section of the map. It is an SCPD event and it is labeled "Fox Lair Pass". The race you need is labeled as "Under Pressure". just select to drive the Vette, and run the event. It does not need to be finished but I did so anyway in case.
Note: You may need to rank up a bit to unlock the Corvette, If so just come back to that race later.
