The best place I found to do this in in Europe 3.

About halfway through the level you will come across two very small trampolines - but because of the fact that they are small ones, this means that as long as you land on it, you are pretty much always going to get the jump height boost, thus making moving to the other trampoline that much easier.

MutesVPNWanted to make a note, if you double-jump off the same trampoline (hitting the same one twice in a row), it will not pop the achievement.

USA 4 is possible to get this but it's hard compared to Europe 1. During Europe 1 you'll run into 5 trampolines in a row at different levels, just bounce to the end and back and then to the end again and you'll have it.
Tip from the comments: Try using just the middle 3 of the 5 trampolines. They claim that it is even easier than using all 5.

When changing directions try and get your body moving in that direction before you come down on to the trampoline. In other words overshoot the center of the last trampoline just a little and come back to hit the center. This will greatly help to get that little extra distance.

Always aim for the center, this is where the maximum bounce is. There will be a little red dot below your avatar telling you where you will land.

The video below is not my own, I found it on another site.

ViPeR866Other one is much easier IMO...I couldn't see where I was going and you have to aim perfectly.

I used Japan 1. There is a row of 5 or 6 trampolines all next to each other. The only challenge is the balloons. If you bounce near the edge of the trampoline you will not bounce as high so you will not have to worry about the balloons. Takes a little practice. The issue I found with other areas is you cannot see the other trampoline so it makes it hard to gauge where you need to bounce too - in Japan 1 that is not the case because of how close together they are.
