    Actions
    The crawlers are the babys with glowing orange flesh that could explode. They are similar to a Ticker from Gears of War 2. To get this achievement it's easier to use the Force Gun. It will knock them back and kill them without making them explode. So you can spam with it without worrying about making them explode, it will be impossible.

    FiscalCliff2013Force Gun is definitely the way to go...one shot blows a whole roomful of them like a leafblower, and they all die without exploding. Too bad you don't get the force gun until after the first Crawler room on your first playthrough. If you're a better shot than I, you don't have to get this on New Game+. :)

    MetroidkillahKilling Crawlers without detonating them is actually easier than I expected. Using the Plasma Cutter with the beam horizontal will merely kill them about 50-60% of the time.

    I say this only to point out that if you don't have the Force Gun, it's not as difficult as you might think.

    Shooting them in the head was what i did for the most part. However an even easier way is to grab some object using kinesis like a table, then tossing it at their head. I know...i know...harsh. It'll knock them dead without detonating them.

    The crawlers are the babies, with the yellow infested hunches, that explode if you shoot them.

    Here's a quick guide, that is simple. Use the Flamethrower. 'Nuff said.

    I also wanted to add that killing the babies also helps you with the Necro Flambe achievement as well. So you are getting 2 birds with 1 stone.

    The Flamethrower is a very underrated weapon, I even used it on my Zealot playthrough. If you full max out the damage you get a cool looking blue flame as well.
