Shocker: Defibrilllator (Found in Lab Area, outside of the upstairs Maintenance Room or on top of one of the shelves in the Storage Bay) + Medical Tray (Lab Area or on top of one of the shelves in the Storage Bay, be sure to take the metal ones. Not the brown dining trays.)

Zap N' Shine: Floor Buffer (Throughout the complex) + Electric Prod
(Carried by Zombie Handlers, the people in the hazmat suits)

Sterilizer: Chemicals (Green liquid, outside the upstairs Maintenance Room in the lab) + Syringe (Note, this is the Syringe GUN required, not the Box of Syringes)

Reaper: Sickle (Holding bay, far right container with your back to the starting point of the game) + Katana Sword (In one of the rooms of the Living Quarters area)

Impact Blaster: Impact Hammer (Carried by the big burly guys, or can be find on top of one of the ledges above a door in the Living Quarters) + BFG (In the Living Quarters room where you save the scientist)

Lightning Gun: BFG (Blast Frequency Gun) + Electric Prod

Laser Gun: Laser Sword (Flashlight (can be found in Supply Office, your headquarters throughout the game) and Gems, can be found in Living Quarters area) + Lightning Gun (BFG + Electric Prod)

PLEASE BE AWARE, taken from Joystiq is this heads up:

If you picked up Dead Rising 2: Case West and are having a problem getting the "Handy Man" Achievement, which requires building all the new weapons in the DLC, it may not necessarily be that you're missing something. XBLA Fans, in its "DR2: Case West Weapons Combo Guide," notes that the "Handy Man" requires players build only the seven new weapons in the game. Apparently, if you create any other weapons before those seven, you'll have to move the save file to another device or delete it.

I can confirm that this is true. Do not create any of the `old` weapons before going for this achievement. If you have to do them in sequence, I am not sure but I did so just to be sure.
