    Actions
    You can get this just after you've got to the top of the agency tower - you'll need to have at least three stars for agility for that, preferably four stars. That itself gets you an achievement.

    Make sure you are on the highest of the three towers, and stand on the highest wall. And jump! Keep your joypad pushed towards the nearest water and you should land in it easily.

    HanxMine just unlocked randomly and I weren't even near the Agency tower lol.

    Oni Tenshusame here. a friend in co-op rammed my car from behind and i got out of my car mid air then the achievement popped.

    dazza61To get this with only three star agility:
    Once on the highest tower jump over the fence to the highest set of pipes you came up on. Now you can run jump and see what you're aiming at. Aim at the pool below (but you're actually going to land in the sea in front of the pool). Get a good jump forward and IMMEDIATELY keep pushing forward and DO NOT STOP PUSHING FORWARD. You will miss the pool and land in the sea. Trying to land in the pool is far more difficult than landing in the sea as it's very difficult to correct yourself in mid air.
