Just to add something, you will need to stand on many cars, as drivers tend to freak out when they realise you're on top of their car. 13 2 0Actions Report Solution You can stand on a car like Strikingstriker said but what I did was just find and open area where I wont get hurt and take a rubber band and wrap it around my right and left analog stick. Come back 30 minutes later and the achievement unlocked.
11 0 0Actions Report Solution I wouldn't actively bother with this achievement. When collecting the CDs and doing graffiti you do enough running for this achievement alone (also tagging unlocks stamina boosts where you need less recovery time and then you can run indefinitely).
