    I've found a great way of getting this, It's real simple. Load up Rally Point Bravo on the level called The Covenant. You'll start beside a Tank. Hop into it and proceed, A Prowler will come round the corner. Blow that up and ding dong you have the achievement. I ended up killing the driver first then in my second shot i blew up the prowler along with the two enemies but still got the achievement

    Orran DuraiIt just won't work for me. I have killed my allies so that they don't interfere. I blow up that Prowler in 2-3 shots with the tank and the achievement won't unlock. Any suggestions? I also tried shooting at point blank range.

    Orran DuraiOk I finally got it on Heroic. I first killed all the enemies because especially the golden Brute with the Fuel Rod Cannon was annoying. Afterwards I weakened the prowler with one shot from the Scorpion's cannon. Then I left the tank and cloaked myself. I killed the Prowler with 2-3 shots from my Fuel Rod Cannon which I picked up earlier in the mission. Achievement unlocked. I did it like 20 times in the tank before and nothing happened.

    I also shot off the Type-44 Covenant's dropship front cannon which counts for this achievement with the Warthog turret in the mission before or even destroyed whole dropships with the Scorpion tank in other campaign missions. Nothing. This makes me believe it must be done with regular weapons though I don't understand why it worked for so many people here...

    Just trying to flesh out was x2i4eva said.

    I got this on the first level in the game (Sierra 117) towards the end. The trick is to save your plasma grenades for when the Covenant dropships role in. Throw you grenades at the turret at the front of the ship, at the bottom. Although the vehicle won't be destroyed, you will still unlock the achievement.
    Or you can try playing a ranked playlist, hope you see three guys in a Warthog and kill 'em all while they are in the vehicle.

    Easy on Sierra 117. Find the sniper rifle and keep it to the end where your on the hill overlooking the big brute chief with the gravity hammer. There should be two covenant dropships coming in sometime at the end. Use the sniper to shoot the front turret off the dropship. It will take about eight shots/hits to destroy it. Then you will get the achievement.
