Finish the Arrow of Extraction Quest on the Thieves Guild Missions.

You need to obtain this from the Bravil Court Mage. 2 ways to get to him.

If you are Argonian you can swim and find an underwater door to the Mages Grotto outside of the city walls of Bravil

Breaking into the north wing of Castle Bravil and taking the first left into his chambers. Go strait to the pillars directly in front of you and activate the left pillar and making your way though the dungeon that way.

Both ways lead to the same dungeon which finally leads to his tower outside of town. Where you must fight him yourself.

Waterloo319I don't have a key to the old wooden door. Is there something I missed? I searched everyone, and even killed the giant slaughterfish... but no key.

Baron TanksIf you're having trouble at the last part in the tower, like I had, you can just run for the chest and open it in combat, then flee out of the tower. If you got everything you need, you'll get a new quest dialog. The chest is named after the guy and is not on the top floor but the one below.

To unlock this achievement, you need to complete the quest, Arrow of Extrication. If you are having any troubles with this quest, I highly recommend reading this guide on the oblivion wiki site. I'll post the link below. I also highly recommend having the skeleton key handy for this quest and the final quest "The Ultimate Heist." It is an unbreakable lock pick so you are able to get into anything that can be picked. I'll post a link below with all the details for the quest that awards you the skeleton key. It doesn't take very long and it will be worth it. Arrow of Extrication isn't too difficult but if you're having troubles still, consult the wiki guide and youtube guide included in this solution and you should have this quest completed in no time!
