This achievement is actually really easy to earn. You just need a Windows 8 copy of MS Jigsaw installed to your Windows 8+ and an image file (png). Anyway, go to Classic Jigsaw > Create Puzzle from Photos. Search for the image you are looking for on your Windows in a File Explorer window. Sometimes, it'll tell you to use a large image because of how small the picture you chosen is. Keep the image and click "Make puzzle" that is represented by a puzzle piece in the downright corner. Then it tells you to name your puzzle. Just type in something that doesn't take a long time to type like a letter. Continue and scroll to the right to find your custom puzzle. Right click on the custom puzzle and there is a button to export it. Click on it and hit "Save". Achievement pops afterwards.

NOTE: In 2020, the Microsoft Casual Games team released a Windows 10 variant of Jigsaw. To indicate what version you're playing, look in the upright corner. You see your Xbox gamer picture and gamertag name. The Windows 8 version of Jigsaw shows your Xbox 360 gamerpic while the W10 version of Jigsaw shows your Xbox One gamerpic.
