For me, Point Lookout was one of the weaker of the 5 DLC expansions but will still provide you with some great new places to explore and weapons to discover.

This expansion is more about a whole new area to explore rather than just a couple of extra missions in a small area. There is still a mini-story to follow within the explorable area involving a pair of scientists locked in a lifelong duel.

The area itself is basically swampland with most of the enemies being mad yokel folk that will typically attack you with shovels and the like. The area does have some rather vicious Ghouls and Swamplurks too along with Tribals.

If you are someone that likes to wander around aimlessly finding random bits and bobs here and there then this is definitely a good add-on for you but if you like direction then don't put it high on your wish list. I would still recommend it as I would all of the packs though.

This DLC pack for Fallout 3 was the fourth expansion to fallout and in my opinion the best of all the five expansions.

Because the quest that are given are fairly good and that the area you explore is quite vast with many new places to visit. No other Dlc pack has such a vast explorable area. I like also how you must find funds to get there and back using the boat as the only viable way to get onto and off the island.

Both this DLC and Mothership zeta have not dissapointed me at the least and overall i prefer this DLC compared to any other made.
