The new episode has an interesting twist on certain character dynamics. With Joker still in his developmental stage within his character, it falls to new comers to the series, Harley Quinn, Mr Freeze and Bane to prop up the villainary side of the storyarc.

I have to say Harley isn't neccessarilly the Harley you'll know from the comics. Really the only thing that you'll find familiar is her costume. She's deffinitely a matriarch in the piece, at least for now. Also, a lot more powerful, she doesn't need goons as she does in rocksteady's Arkham series to help her do anything, she just knows how to use all the pawns at her disposal. Bane is being kept as his original design of being a Titan addict and Freeze is deffinitely the same.

The story develops with The Agency too, as you'll have to either learn to work with Waller and upset Gordon, or work with Gordon and make an unpredicatable enemy. As you know by the end of Episode one, Waller has figured out Batman's identity, this becomes a focal point for if you can really trust her or not. The political side of this Batman series really is on point in this episode. We finally meet Joker's friends and we now have to make friends with them to find out their diabolical plan.

I won't spoil anything about the Job, how it ends up within my own choices or what it is they're stealing but let it be known, this is probably the best episode of any Telltale series in the last year.
