This is so minor, but:

Zoom in on the green jar on the right and take Typewriter Key (F) 2/3. Return to Reception.

The green jar is on the left side of the room, not the right.

Another minor error:
Speak to the man to have him leave the area. Afterwards, interact with the metal cabinet on the righto open it and find your 6th Hidden Object Scene (See Hidden Object Scene Section).
