Sometimes URLs in posts and messages have been losing their # anchors. It seems to occur when using the URL tag, but not when a TA URL is pasted in for automatic parsing.

For example, if I paste a full URL in, then the anchor remains, like:
"Stroll in the Park" not unlocking

But if I try to put the same URL in a tag, like this, the anchor is lost. (I'm pasting in the exact same URL with anchor.)

I haven't tried external URLs. I suppose I can try a fake example now:

    http://www.xbox.com/#fakeanchor

In a tag: link to fake anchor.

Edit: Hmm, the # anchor wasn't lost in my fake example. I'm not sure why it gets lost when I try to use site permalinks in a URL tag.

Not sure if this is related to what you're seeing, but when I follow the link on my phone it doesn't consider the number part of the anchor. But, if I do it on PC it works fine.

I believe it's because my phone thinks the number is a phone number and it cuts it out of the link. If I tap specifically on the number it asks me if I want to call it.

You're welcome. Had the thought to try quotes in the URL tag. I don't know if TA will parse that:
    Here's an attempt.

Maybe it's the HTTPS, since my fake example didn't use that?
    Attempt with http.

I'll also try some fakes with every after the domain name the same:
    https://www.xbox.com/forum/viewthread.aspx?tid=998952&an...

    Attempt in a URL tag.

Edit: Nope, still loses the anchor when trying quotes or HTTP. But the anchor isn't lost if I change just "trueachievements" to "xbox" in the URL. Weird bug.

    Thank you.
