So I was playing around on the first island and then decided to restart the island. I got a prompt letting me know I'd lose all my progress, which was fine. However, after I restarted, I noticed I kept all my researched upgrades and genome percentages. Not sure if anything else is kept, but figured I'd let y'all know.
