I have just completed clustertruck with no abilities but I have ran into a big p

okay, i have recently been getting into achievement hunting and decided to 100% ClusterTruck, I have beaten the final boss 3 times using NO abilities and my game has crashed every single time and it has not given me the last 2 achievements. I have tried clearing my cache and then beating the boss but it did not work. Someone from Xbox support told me that the achievement team on this site can investigate my account and unlock the 2 achievements for me. If that is true it'd be awesome as there is no other way I can actually unlock these achievements lol.

You need to buy an ability and not use it whilst beating the final level, for example the grapple ability. We cannot unlock any achievements for you, we aren't affiliated with Microsoft in any way.

That will stop my game from crashing?

if I accidentally use the ability I can restart the level and the achievement unblocks the same?
