Ranked Match Error

I was wondering if anyone else was having a network error when connecting to a Ranked Match? My Nat is Open and I have gigabit internet through Comcast. I had no issues in the Beta and casual matches connect with the lobby. Any ideas?

I’m not getting any online games either despite the beta being fine, and the loading times are horrendous on my original Xbox one.

The loading spinner freezes for about a minute loading into any actual match in any mode, I suspect that’s just causing the online to time out when trying to connect.

So I can only play offline at the moment, and the loading times are horrendous. They have some work to do this weekend methinks...

24 hours after launch now and still not managed to get a single online game to connect.

i'm experiencing the same issues:

i'm going to hold off playing this until these issues are addressed...it's kind of a bad launch despite having a successful beta..which is odd.

Same here. My friend and I haven't been able to start a match either. I managed to join a casual lobby but when I was finally matched up to fight I received the same Network Error I'd been getting. Disappointing.

I'm in the same boat as everybody. Both ranked and casual just give me the damn network error code.

I can’t even find a vaguely active twitter account to ask if they’re aware it’s busted, all the namco ones seem to just be places that retweet news sites.

For me it was working fine day 1, then it started getting error like those.

I keep getting network errorr code since launch but a friend of mine can play online perfectly fine. This is what i get for been an idiot and pre ordering the deluxe edition.

I haven't been able to get 1 game casual or ranked since I started this game. The online is completely broken.

I have the fix for most of you that are having problems, but you'll want to have a second console or make sure everything is backed up on your console. Since saves are on the cloud you would only be losing downloaded games, but you can back them up to an external drive, or just redownload them easily.

The fix that worked for me is factory resetting my standard original Xbox One. Online worked on the Xbox One X, but not my standard Xbox One.

Edit: Multiple people have also used this method now and told me it fixed their issue.
