Add Game Pass Removals to Notification Settings

I want to suggest adding an option to notify users when Games currently in Game Pass are known to be leaving soon. This option could sit within the Game Notifications section of Notification Settings. This would make it easier to keep track of these games, and not have to worry about missing the TA news article (especially if it happens on a busy news day). The message could even link to the news article if so desired.

Yep! Given that they don't give much notice, it'd be handy to be notified as soon as the news drops.
