update 1.1.30.0 crashes

got a new update 18/12/18 1.1.30.0 which immediately dumps. anyone else?

Yup crashing for me to, can't start the game. Tried uninstall/reinstall and no luck.

It's crashing for me as well. This happened once before, and I think it was because the back-end servers were down. It just started working later in the day, so I suspect since this seems widespread, it should just start working, hopefully later today.

My PC is having this problem (not sure what version, because it crashes immediately after showing the JoyBits splash screen; but the Start tile changed to a winter theme).

My tablet is still on 1.1.29, and that version works fine.

Mine auto-updated this morning... so maybe there's an issue with the release this time. Well, hopefully they'll fix it soon-- and add more houses already.

If I had to make a guess, it looks like they pushed the client update before the servers were ready.

I just hope if they do finally add more houses, it's not spaced out across the next 10 levels. I'm still on the long grind from level 42 to 43, and then I have to do it again just to get one more house (that's still quite a ways from the first achievement).

Seems they are working on it.

yeh mines doing the same restated the comp and uninstalled and reinstalling didn't fix it

v1.1.32.0 fixed the crashing

1.1.32.0 is working for me too-- not crazy about the nerfs to the villagers, the bonuses now max out.

mine still wont open gonna try reinstalling i contacted joy bits but haven't got a response

It's (mostly) a single-player game. There's no reason to "balance" anything except to try to frustrate people into spending money.

Well, it does seem like the most recent patch added 2 new houses, so 11 total are now possible. Would prefer if they just lowered the requirements for the 2 unobtainable achievements...

How do you update? I had the new update a few dats ago and it worked fine. This morning it just crashes on the splash screen after reloading after a crash in game.
