    It never gave me the achievements . Could it be glitched??

    But that wouldn’t allow me to get it on this one?

    Or should I delete the game and reinstall

    Have you tried looking at the Games achievement page on your console? If the achievement had not unlocked after the requirements have been met, then that can force it to unlock. If that doesn't work I'd advise restarting the game and doing the requirements again.

    The requirement is just go to the area, which has to be done anyways. I did restart and still nothing. The achievement is story related
