Gonna pick up the FM6 NASCAR expansion for sure! Picked up Porsche awhile back on sale but haven't noticed NASCAR go on sale in awhile

Because it's the first day of the new school year. Presumably in the Northern Hemisphere that is in the middle of the year (after Summer holidays)?

That being said, I was quickly disappointed when I found that out.
Superhot VR isn't on the list.
There are 3 Superhot versions.
SUPERHOT Achievements
SUPERHOT VR (Win 10) Achievements
SUPERHOT (Win 10) Achievements
Only the new win 10 version is on sale (Not the VR version).
It may not have achievements yet, but it is expected to.
Windows 10 achievement releases are VERY VERY slow. It can even take a few months to come.

Did they ever fix the ridiculous DLC achievements for Hardline?

Also, news to me that Prey has a standalone spinoff and that Superhot has a Windows 10 version.

EDIT: TA doesn't list any achievements for Superhot Windows 10. Does it share a list with the One version?

That would explain why current US prices are not reflecting the listed discount. Is there a way to price match against the US store? Or can we buy from the Australian store without running into any issues? (region lock, etc.)

You will get them later, in August I believe - European Exclusive Xbox One Sale Roundup

Same way you will get a big spring sale soon, but it will be autumn here.
