I loved this game back on the original Xbox. Great voice acting and fun stealth gameplay.

YEAH! XIII has been part of my "Most anticipated remasters/remakes" list on my XBL profile for years. Let's see how it holds up gameplay-wise 16 years later.

This is great news - thanks for the info.

As much as i love trueachievements for various other things, the newshound group is very slow. Not only this but various other stories posted here are posted alteast 4 days prior elsewhere. Not a complaint but Just wanted to point out .

I remember seeing a friend play this many years ago on PlayStation, I’m excited to get a chance to play it.

I beat this when it first came out and remember absolutely nothing about it. Totally unmemorable.
    State of the badass art.

Maybe if it sells well they’ll finally make a new one. That game ended on a crazy cliffhanger.

Be nice if they make the original one backwards compatible. The Xbox Original backwards compatibility has to be the most underwhelming disappointing thing so far.

Loved the original so I'll definitely be picking this up. Would love to see David Duchovny return as the voice actor for the main character again too.

I can remember playing this on PS2 (what feels like) a hundred years ago. I wonder if it's going to be worth playing again all these years later.

YES. Never thought that I would see this game again. These are the news that I want to hear. I lost every hope about a possible sequel of this masterpiece. I absolutely love Microïds for what they're doing with developers like Pendulo Studios or Benoît Sokal. Although I don't believe the same beautiful feeling as the Ubisoft's XIII, I'm so happy about this announcement. I'm also looking forward to see what engine they are using. Hopefully Unreal Engine 4.

Finally I don't have to think about that cliffhanger anymore. clap
