LV 1 Blue Slime has registered their disagreement about the genres applied to this game
Add roguelite, keep role playing and turn based.

Dead Age is a turn-based RPG with absolutely no overworld or exploring you can do, there's a battle screen and then a bunch of menus. The game occurs over several months. Each day you give jobs to your survivors, and potentially go out into the wilderness to fight zombies and scavenge for supplies or do quests. The game has a ton of random events, the survivors you can have in your camp appear randomly (or not at all) and the enemies and bosses you fight in each area you scavenge is semi-random as well. There are a few "bottlenecks" where story events happen regardless of what you do, but the vast majority of the days in the game will be completely random.

The game also has permadeath, once your main character dies, the game ends no matter what has been done. Earning achievements gives you medals that you can use to upgrade your character for later playthroughs, but the bonuses don't seem particularly gamebreaking.
